Contact Third-Party Sellers
Third-party sellers handle customer service for orders picked directly from them and their store location.
You can e-mail the third-party seller by doing the following:
- Go to My Orders on Your Account page, select your order, and click Wine Store.
- On seller’s page, click the pickup policy button, click the CONTACT button.
Note: please give sellers two business days to respond. In most cases, you’ll receive a reply much sooner.
